Over 5,000 of you responded to our survey to tell us what is important to you and how you rate our service delivery.

Library and Information Commons staff received your highest praise with a top score of 83%, followed by the quality of collections at 79%.

The key area of concern for students was access to computers, a 68% satisfaction rating.

There are a number of initiatives that we are planning to improve access; these are detailed on the last page of the survey report.

Digital Television Pilot
